Make a DonationA monthly donation of £5 per month can make all the difference to smaller charities like ours and is far and away the easiest way to give. You can make a donation to Reaching Families via Local Giving. Alternatively, to request a standing order form please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
£10 will pay for the cost of printing our parent guides for one West Sussex family
£30 will pay for a parent to attend our 2 day Making Sense of It All Foundation course
£45 will pay for a parent to attend our six week group counselling project
£100 will pay for an Umbrellas group to enjoy a health & wellbeing activity
Fundraise for UsIf you are someone who likes to run, cycle or even jump out of airplanes perhaps you could organise a sponsored run or sky-dive for Reaching Families!! If that’s too exhausting then a coffee morning or pub quiz held for us would be just as effective in raising much needed funds to help sustain our work. To discuss these or other ways in which you could fundraise for Reaching Families please contact our Project Manager, Brian O’Hagan on email@example.com.
Volunteer for Us
Can you contribute your time and experience to support other families? Would you like to meet new people, provide emotional support and develop your skills? We are looking to recruit volunteers who can help us with a range of important work, including:
- Providing help to parents and staff at our Umbrellas Support Groups
- Promoting our work at various community events
- Representing Reaching Families at groups in your local area
- Distributing information to pre-schools, GP surgeries and other community venues
In return for help with this vital work we will provide you with a dedicated volunteer co-ordinator who will support you with, training, induction, supervision, expenses, managing your time and expectations.
If you would be interested in any of these opportunities please email Rachel Fielding at Rachel@reachingfamilies.org.uk or phone her on 07535 386687.
