Assistant Benefits Advisor
We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Assistant Benefits Advisor to join our team. This is a trainee role and an exciting opportunity for someone with the transferable skills and qualities to train as a Benefits Advisor.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting our Benefits Advisor with the delivery of information, advice and guidance on Carers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance and Personal Independence Payment to parent-carers of children and young people with SEND in West Sussex.
Hours: 17.5 - 21 per week
Salary: £24,000 FTE (actual salary up to £14,400 gross pa) rising to £27,000 pa FTE after 1 year and completion of training

Benefits Team Administrator
We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our Benefits Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties in support of the team including creating and maintaining records on our Charitylog database, managing enquiries from parents, sharing resources, signposting parents to other relevant services, etc.
Hours: 14 per week (term-time only)
Salary: £22,284 FTE plus holiday pay allowance (actual £7,624 gross pa)
